The boards of the Australian shaper Ellis Ericson will be available exclusively at Shapers Club House in Marennes d'Oléron late summer 2025. It will come to handcraft a limited series of its two flagship models: Edgeboard and the Lite Kite.
Who is Ellis Ericson?
Originally from Byron Bay, Ellis Ericson was junior champion in Australia before leaving the competition to concentrate on the surf shape. He was inspired by the research of George Greenough to develop their own boards, with a technical and experimental approach.
He shapes his hand-made surfboardswithout CNC machines, in a spirit of craftsmanship. He has worked with Deus Ex Machina, RVCA or the Bali workshops. His arrival marks its first appearance in France.
